Job Details

  • 3 days a week, 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri only)
  • Located near City Hall MRT
  • Office Wear
  • Gross up to $1500
  • 1-Year Renewable Contract

Job Scope

  • Handling of feedback via all platform (email, form, etc) and channel across to vendors, respond to visitor if necessary
  • Handling of email response and drafting
  • Call Centre: Escalate to proper divisions. Responding to queries & feedbacks
  • Small procurements (foam boards, tags, masks, stickers etc) on quarterly basis
  • General house-keeping of stationery, cabinets and office in clean tidy condition

Job Requirement

  • Singaporean only
  • Some admin experience will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
