- Reporting to Project Director and Head office in Korea
- Drive and execute strategies for the smooth administrative works execution of the project
- Oversee the Accounting, Procurement, HR, Progress and Asset Management
- Plan, schedule and perform internal audits as per the requests receive from the head office
- Collect and be alert on related information on audits such as applicable laws
- Work together with other Heads of Departments to properly achieve the department goal for the ongoing project
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Oversees recruitment efforts for the project
- Manage and coordinate overall project progress
- Degree in Business or equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience at a similar level in an MNC A1 construction firm is essential for this position
- At least 5 years of experience in large scale Road / Viaduct construction project
- Candidate should possess experienced at the construction project site office & had handled a large number (over 500) employees including foreign workers of various nationalities
- Overseas Experience in recruitment drive for foreign workers from Bangladesh, India, Philippines etc.
- Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and managing individual differences
- Experience as Project internal auditor
- High level of organizational and time management skills to meet project timeline
- Able to sustain the project site as per the approved cost and budget
- Knowledge in Workplace, safety & health
