Make an Impact – what you’ll be doing

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be part of a pioneering FP&A - Strategic Finance team. As a trusted business partner, you will empower various business units (Sales & Marketing, Logistics or Merchandising) to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights by integrating financial, operational, and strategic data. You will foster a culture of collaboration to ensure value creation and strategic alignment throughout the business.

We seek candidates with an understanding across one or multiple areas, including full-funnel marketing, omnichannel strategies encompassing both offline retail and e-commerce, logistics optimisation, and category management. This expertise will enable effective partnership with various departments to drive strategic and operational excellence in line with Castlery’s business goals.

Additionally, you will:

  • Enhance Operational and Financial Performance: Identify key business drivers and blend risk assessments with market trends to create adaptable financial forecasts.
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Work with senior management to drive progress of strategic projects and evaluate their impact against targets.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative financial planning during budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with Castlery’s strategic vision.

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience with spreadsheet software, SQL, and data analysis.
  • Experience in analysing and providing insights on businesses across diverse international markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands on experience in one or multiple areas, including full-funnel marketing, omnichannel strategies encompassing both offline retail and e-commerce, logistics optimisation, and category management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven record of data interpretation to drive strategic decisions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • While we are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience for this Senior Analyst role, individuals with slightly less experience may also be considered for an Analyst position, based on their skills and potential.
