Responsibilities

  • Managing CPS SG Finance Revenue and Costing Team and overseeing day to day routines relevant to pricing, costing, ppv analysis, volume alignment and reporting, key account management process;
  • Leading Revenue and Costing Center of Excellence Projects across Asia plants by sharing of best practices in supply point optimizing,
  • Providing financial insights to support and drive value management decisions to new product launch, new business model supply solution, Supply Point Optimization etc.
  • Ensuring a strong internal control environment of revenue and costing cycle, making sure there is zero high risk findings during both internal and external audit;
  • Lead the Regional Standard Exercise (Annual BP) as a pilot and regional coordinator in Asian in communicating with Corporate Finance Team, all Plant stakeholders, all Asia Plant Key Stakeholders and all BU stakeholders,
  • Driving transformation into supply chain finance with high automated and standardized process

Requirements

  • B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related fields of study
  • 8 or more years related work experience, including experience in people management.
  • Experience in dealing with business issues in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment is preferred.
  • Experience in 6 sigma or OE project leading is a plus.
