Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and models using modern technologies and frameworks. Contribute to the development of the industry-leading new state of the art AI inferences and frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to identify and fix issues, optimize performance.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other team members as needed, collaborating with HW team, development engineers, technical program managers and application engineers to accelerate delivery of current/next generation AI products and models for customers, collaborating with marketing/sales team to meet requests from customers in a timely manner.
- Customization of Renesas AI products including deep learning networks, implementation of compiler optimization algorithms, AI compiler kernel development, etc.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience working as a software or AI, embedded developer, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of computer architecture of GPU or embedded devices.
- Programming skills in languages such as scripts, C/C++, python, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to speak and write in English at a business level.
- Experience with customer-oriented development, requirement engineering is a plus.
- Experience with AI training/inference frameworks like pytorch, onnx, tf is a plus.
- Experience with AI compiler frameworks like tvm, mlir, cuda is a plus
