As a member of the People Matters Division, you will be part of the team to develop and implement compensation and performance management policies and processes.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, implement and communicate NLB’s Performance Management policies to support a positive culture and in alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage and implement the annual appraisal ranking and promotion cycle to support an equitable appraisal system.
  • Plan, review and implement compensation policies, frameworks and processes to meet organisational objectives.
  • Supervise and ensure smooth delivery of payroll and compensation events such as bonus payment cycles, increments and allowances.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees on matters related to performance management and compensation.


[What we are looking for]

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have/be:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Performance Management and/or and Compensation portfolios.
  • Familiarity with payroll statutory requirements and/or Cumulus payroll system will be an added advantage
  • Preferably have experience supervising a performance management and compensation team.
  • Strong numeracy and data analysis skills, with intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
