Job Description:

• Drive sales and grow market share on platforms like Shopee and Lazada.

• Set and achieve monthly sales targets in line with company goals.

• Manage product listings, SKUs, and inventory to keep platforms updated and optimized.

• Ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and returns.

• Resolve fulfillment issues with logistics and platform managers.

• Lead customer service to enhance satisfaction and handle replacements or refunds.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including flash sales.

• Collaborate with the design team on marketing materials.

• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, promoting collaboration and clear communication.

• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.

• Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze key performance metrics.

• Improve e-commerce performance through data-driven strategies.

• Continuously enhance e-commerce workflows and office organization.

• Collaborate with other departments to align e-commerce with broader company initiatives.

• Liaise with new and existing platforms for market expansion.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive e-commerce success.

• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms.

Working Day & Timing:

Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 9am – 1pm
