E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Executive

• Liaising with the delivery drivers, planning and assigning routes

• Liaise with the warehouse team on stock inventory

• Assisting with paperwork and filing

• Handling all of the Company’s e-commerce platforms

• Engaging customers via respective chats as well as telecommunication when required

• Keying out of inventory for e-commerce sales

• Checking and weekly reporting all refund return cases to superiors

• Ensuring accuracy in deliveries performed and return stocks by drivers

• Liaising with e-commerce platform managers

• Assist with coordination work as and when required by superiors

• Any other responsibilities that may be delegated by your superior or the management when required

• Assist colleagues where necessary, with other general administrative duties/tasks

• Listing upgrading, Canva knowledge.

• Handling business phones for taking orders and liaising with existing/new customers.

• Assist with answering phone calls, attending to walk-in customers, and handling queries with professionalism.
