  • Scheduling of work and coordinating with workers and customers

  • Provide quotation to customer
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Filing of documents
  • Have experience working in air-conditioning sector
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

  • Able to work 5.5 days work week
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Min. GCE O Level
