Our client is a group of companies that specialise in F&B, Property, Hospitality, Entertainment etc. As they continue to grow horizontally, they are looking to hire an Assistant Manager in Talent Management and L&D to join them, reporting to the HR Manager.
Job Description
You will report to the HR Manager and your responsibilities include:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and meet talent needs.
- Source and screen candidates via various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer and on-boarding process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Track and analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-fill).
- Support Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including training coordination.
- Engage with government agencies for training support and grants.
- Design and implement talent development programs.
- Assist in compiling performance data and identifying employee development needs.
- Develop internship and management trainee programs.
- Drive employee engagement and well-being programs, promoting a positive culture.
- Strong communication, people management, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and best practices.
