This role includes full P&L accountability, ensuring financial performance aligns with company business objectives. The successful candidate will lead the presales process, manage tender bids, and oversee the development and delivery of application solutions, including ERP, CRM, and custom platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss of the division, ensuring financial targets are met, and profitability aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Presales & Bid Management: Lead the presales process and tender bids for application solutions, collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead service delivery teams to meet and exceed company objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and high customer satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all levels of support, maintaining the company’s standards and enhancing its reputation.
  • Consulting & Advisory: Advise MNCs and government agencies on technology solutions, leveraging expertise to recommend best practices and strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage service operations, vendor relations, and IT processes, implementing best practices to ensure efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering strong financial results, and driving business growth.
  • Strong experience in presales, bid management, and proposal development for application solutions.
  • Expertise in service operation management, service delivery, and IT processes (ITIL, Agile, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and cultivate a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
