Our client is a Singapore entity for one of the most reputable aviation high-technology group in the world. They have a very established presence in Singapore with a spread of business units offering different solutions to the aerospace and defence community.

Our client is looking for a passionate team player to join their customer service team. The role of a customer service representative (CSR) is primarily a backend, administrative support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue quotations, acknowledge customer purchase orders and send invoices.
  • Ensure customers’ orders are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure coordination on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules.
  • Respond to customer queries and expedite requests.
  • Ensure that the delivery and customer requirements are met
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma in Business or Engineering related subjects or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience in a customer service function is preferred.
  • Someone who is a team player, meticulous and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Good in MS Office.

Other Information:

  • Location: Loyang (nearest MRT is Pasir Ris. 5 bus stops to the location)
  • Working hours: 5-day work week
  • Salary: Up to S$4,000. (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.)
