- Managing fraud and chargebacks to mitigate potential risk;

- Handling communication and relationships with the payment providers;

- Creating various reports that support the business use cases;
- Analyzing payment flows and interpreting corresponding results;
- Investigating and solving payment errors resulting from payment processing;
- Seeking optimizations in terms of flows and processes;
- Overseeing the implementation of new payment and fraud features, tools and solutions;
- Monitoring of conversion rates, trends, and fluctuations of payment flows;
- Working together with the marketing, technical, and support teams to expedite projects;
- Setting up payment rules, flows, and different configurations according to business needs;
- Documenting business requirements for payment-related projects;
- Supporting new feature rollouts and new initiatives;
- Keep sensitive information and/or issues secure;
- Fluent in English;
- Min 2 years of experience in Payments or a FinTech environment preferred;
- Knowledge of data-driven payment acceptance, data analysis, and fraud prevention;
- Proactivity and ability to communicate ideas and information in a structured manner;
- Ability to create, analyze, and interpret payment reports;

- At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
