Job Summary

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for the role of Analyst within Wealth Solution COO (WSCOO) Team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and the business to assess processes, systems to determine requirements and deliver recommendation and support implementation. The candidate should be an eager learner willing to learn and work effectively in a collaborative team environment. With good ownership could work independently with less mentor.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

  • Work with stakeholders to document requirements.
  • Analyst and validate requirement to ensure they meet business needs, align with internal policies and regulatory requirement.
  • Work with technology team to detail business requirement and functional requirement.
  • Act as liaison between business and technology to achieve a clear and accurate business requirement.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancement to improve end-users experience, improve efficiency in conducting sales.

Key Responsibilities

Testing Support

  • Participate in UAT/UVT.

Process Improvement

  • Analyse processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solution to increase efficiency, reduce risk/error and improve optimise processes.
  • Develop, maintain process changes and create/update user guide, system guide, forms.

User Support

  • Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system related issues.
  • Responds to enquiry from end-users’ inquiries and provide guidance on system usage.
  • Conduct end-users training when there is a change in system behaviour or when new functions are introduced.
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of Wealth Management experience
  • Business Analytics Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word excel etc.,
  • Previous UAT experience is preferred
