The ideal candidate will have experience in both HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition. This candidate would work closely with the VP, HR to partner closely with the business in driving towards the organizational goals and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to the leaders and employees on people-related matters, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with Department Heads to understand their challenges and provide effective HR solutions to meet organizational goals.
  • Work closely with Department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and facilitate workforce management and HR activities such as performance management processes etc.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with company policies and employment laws.
  • Act as the lead for the employee engagement survey and put in place continuous interventions and action planning towards results improvement.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and drive programs that promote employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Participate in Central or local-led HR initiatives and projects relating to diversity and inclusion, development and culture-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 year’s experience in HR, with a focus on HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to take on new and diverse tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
