Job Description
- Construct and maintain both key performance reports and detailed analytical reviews to monitor the effectiveness of ShopeePay's operations.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that could influence business growth and strategic decisions.
- Lead data-centric projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure that data insights and findings are integrated into business processes effectively.
- Tailor efforts towards key business outcomes such as user growth, revenue incrementation, and app engagement, adapting to new business directions as they evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, Statistics and other related fields.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in analytical roles.
- Strong ability to utilize SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive project milestones and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach to addressing business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate insights and complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
