Havas Singapore is looking for a Payroll / HR Executive to support the day-to-day management of HR operations across business units.

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, your main responsibilities will include maintaining the accuracy of information on our global talent management system, processing of monthly payroll, as well as a suite of other HR programmes and activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function across employee lifecycle such as payroll, staff benefits and retention, onboarding and offboarding, etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll
  • Preparation and filing of income tax
  • Support the implementation of local strategic HR plans across business functions. You will develop a strong understanding of HR programmes and policies
  • Oversee the manual adjustment/updating of staff information on our global talent management system
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of local HR laws and practices, and ensure compliance with all local legal requirements. You will be responsible for anticipating, reacting, and enforcing the adherence to these requirements alongside local HR team
  • Assist employees with payroll related questions and concerns
  • To assist in other HR administrative functions and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in business, human resource management, or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with payroll and other HR operations
  • Familiar with MOM regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent work ethic, and able to maintain high level of confidentiality in all areas of work responsibilities
  • Experience in the advertising/media industry is preferred
