The role of Club Ambassador is a specialised role within TouchPoint designed to add the optimal layer of onsite support at the partner hotel’s front line. The role has a direct report to TouchPoint’s Senior Management Team, while day to day reporting to the hotel’s F&B Director or other designated position with the hotel.
The Club Ambassador's primary role is twofold:
- A priority focus on providing a strong level of member support, presence and engagement - ultimately creating a better onsite experience for hotel members.
- To ensure the visibility of the membership is maximised to regular hotel guests, and to facilitate the onboarding of new hotel members.
Key Responsibilities and KPIs
- Providing a personalised service for members and their guests.
- Ensuring that each member and their guests’ experience is positive and memorable.
- Working directly with the department heads to ensure timely and appropriate member communications.
- Supporting new member growth through in-venue member on-boarding.
- Cultivating stronger levels of member recognition and to encourage member participation in hotel events and promotions.
- Working closely with the hotel F&B team in all areas of operations to help support the service delivery to members.
- To assist in the planning, execution and hosting of member events at the hotel as required.
- To maintain detailed monthly activity reports on all facets of the role, from member feedback on hotel services through to App platform improvement and how to better support members generally.
- To liaise regularly with TouchPoint and hotel management, reporting on all established KPI’s of the role and the App platform.
- To attend regular hotel F&B meetings as required.
Salary
- Monthly salary commensurate with experience.
- Incentives linked to new member on-boarding.
- All other entitlements (including annual leave, PH pay and CPF) in line with MOM.
Location and Working Hours
- On-site at partner hotel.
- Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 9pm.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Experience in service/ hospitality/ sales industry is a bonus
