  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals for navigation equipment.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct training sessions as needed.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our navigation equipment products, including their features, benefits, and applications. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring cost-effective execution of sales activities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering
  • Min 3 years of sales experience in maritime industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop strategic plans.
  • Deep understanding of navigation equipment and technology, including industry standards and advancements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee regional sales activities.
