Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support
Strategic Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making
Financial Planning: Assist in developing and implementing financial plans and budgets
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Ability to lead and manage a team
Proficiency in SAP accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work 5.5-day workweek on alternate weeks
