About The Job
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will manage the monthly financial close process and consolidation for both offshore and onshore entities, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting in line with company policies and IFRS standards. You will provide financial analysis, support investor inquiries, and offer guidance to onshore teams to improve reporting processes. This role involves overseeing cash flows, administering intercompany loans, and ensuring timely tax filings and audit coordination. Additionally, you will assist with Mergers and Acquisitions Business transaction accounting, conduct PPA assessments, and handle various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Skills And Experience Required
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
- Relevant years of accounting and consolidation experience
- Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable
- Proficiency in consolidation, full set of accounts, financial reporting and drafting financial statements
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- High proficiency in Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective at working with diverse stakeholders and teams.
