JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive EaaS business growth in emerging markets, with a primary focus on Cooling, Solar PV, and related solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including country heads, engineering, and finance, to develop compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop and refine financial models to assess the commercial viability of EaaS projects.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including pricing, contract structuring, and risk assessment.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases and financial projections for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective contract management processes to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address legal and contractual issues.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of commercial experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Deep understanding of the EaaS business model, particularly in the Cooling, Solar PV, and related domains.
- Experience in emerging markets.
- Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as work independently.
