  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client in the Crypto space is looking for a Director of Operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale a top-tier operations function to support 24/7 crypto and fiat transactions.
  • Oversee crypto and fiat fund flows, including minting and redeeming processes.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reconciliations and reports.
  • Assist with OTC trading and settlements.
  • Build and manage a global network of banking partners, payment providers, and on/off-ramp services.
  • Automate operations and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience, ideally in banking or hedge funds; at least 2 years in a reputable crypto company.
  • Crypto experience is essential; accounting background or CPA is a plus, as is coding ability.
  • Strong Excel skills are required.
  • High integrity, self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
