Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium
  • Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance and site staff
  • Engage maintenance, repairs and improvement to the condominium
  • Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
  • Manage expenditure , budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
  • Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
  • Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in condominium management
  • Experience in managing condominium size of above 500 units
  • Mature and independent with the ability to lead team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office and IT Savvy
  • Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects will be a plus
