Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium
- Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance and site staff
- Engage maintenance, repairs and improvement to the condominium
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
- Manage expenditure , budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
- Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.
- Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in condominium management
- Experience in managing condominium size of above 500 units
- Mature and independent with the ability to lead team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office and IT Savvy
- Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects will be a plus
- Diligent, well organised and committed to excellence
