Role Objectives: As the Market Expansion Lead, you will be instrumental in driving FINN’s ambitious market expansion across Asia and beyond. You will work closely with our founders to build a hyper-growth company that reshapes the financial landscape. Your primary goal will be to successfully enter and establish new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Evaluate the attractiveness of potential new markets globally, focusing on regulation, financial infrastructure, and competition.
  • Market Entry Execution: Prepare and lead market entries, including incorporations, license applications, team set-up, and more. This requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and hands-on execution.
  • Collaboration: Work with law firms, banking partners, payment gateways, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth market entry and operations.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with:

  • Experience: A strong background in tier 1 management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or top-level leadership in fintech. Experience in B2C, tech, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, project management, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple tasks, and navigate chaotic environments. Strong technical understanding and confidence in pitching ideas.
  • Personality Traits: High IQ, driven, pushy, self-starter, and hands-on. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Work Environment:

  • Team Structure: You will primarily collaborate with the CEO, growth marketing, product teams, and other key executives.
  • Flexibility: The role offers part-time, freelance, remote, or hybrid work options. For hybrid work, teams are based in Singapore and Bangkok.
