  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures

  • Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees.
  • Maintaining positive relations with employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
