- Maximise potential of properties through the formulation & implementation of marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including marketing and managing agents, valuers and facilities managers to increase occupancy, rejuvenate properties & estates and establish strong relationships with good tenants
- Manage revenue and cost to ensure optimal returns from properties including the setting up and monitoring of budget for the assigned portfolio
- Review existing policies, contracts, practices and workflows to complement efforts to achieve the performance level of the properties; enhance the tenants’ experience; improve the service level agreements with external partners; andmonitor the performance of external partners effectively and efficiently
- Resolve feedback and property enquiries from public, tenants, ministries and other government agencies in a professional and timely manner in the best interests of SLA and the Government
- To provide administrative support to the Residential Leasing Department by assisting officers with tenancy administration. Duties include the following:
- Compilation and collation of data for internal reporting
- Process invoices
- Tracks works orders
- Any other administrative duties assigned
- Candidates with relevant experience in real estate leasing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Good sense of emerging trends in residential real estate
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Working knowledge of contracts, facilities management and government procurement would be an advantage
