  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Associate for our Global HR team. As a trusted partner, your key responsibilities are

1. Responsible for learning and development in Singapore, Europe and US regions, understand the organization strategies, regional business directions and analysis business talent needs to design proper talent develop solution.

2. Generate learning work plan and design learning product based on talent development needs analysis.

3. Lead and facilitate relevant training and learning program to achieve the target.

4. Manage and govern learning progression, budget allocation and prioritization.

5. Support internal trainer planning and develop external training agency.

6. Customize and upgrade the core training end-to-end process of design, execution and measurement to increase ownership and enhance training effectiveness and quality.

Requirement

1. At least 5 years' experience, ideally L&D profession within the industry, with a strong passion on training program to support and offer employees career development.

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills in cross-function/level projects and activities, good facilitation capability to host trainings.

3. Proven ability of L&D product and project planning, follow-up and implementation.

4. Passionate on L&D, and dedicated to helping partners with their growth and progress.

5. Excellent oral and written communication in English, effectively communicate and interact with senior leaders both verbally and in written form.
