  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Provide leadership and manage Compliance application software delivery, plan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule.

Manage technical delivery, plan and collaborate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution.

Sound banking technical domain expertise across regulatory compliance, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC), and Client Due Diligence (CDD).

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and partner with developers, testers, system analysts and SME’s to drive technical delivery.
  • Prepare and manage technical implementation plan across application teams - coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure smooth production cutover and adequate post implementation support.
  • Provide status update to stake-holders/business users and program manager.
  • Manage and oversee issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.

Job Requirements

  • Over 15 years of technical delivery, technical project delivery, system delivery, application software delivery experience.
  • Vast understanding of Compliance and/or Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC), Client Due Diligence (CDD), AML/ CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Fraud experience in banking, and financial services.
  • Compliance system experience across Actimize, Detica and Quantexa.
  • Full SDLC, Software Development Lifecycle experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with team management experience.
  • Regional coverage working experience.
