Job Description – Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.
  2. Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.
  3. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
  4. Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.
  5. Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.
  6. Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.
  8. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
