  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
  • We are looking for an Account Receivable / Finance Specialist
  • The role will start out as a contract
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

  • 3~4 years of experience in finance/accounts receivable/payment collection space
  • Relevant experience in Account Management or Portfolio Management Account Receivable Collections (similar finance operation roles) / Customer Relationship Management roles
  • Understand Billing Comfortable with enforcement & conflict management
  • Experience working with Operations, handling clients and stakeholders relationship
  • Ability in managing Billing or Account Receivable Cash Collection from key accounts
  • Japanese language proficiency will be a plus (to deal with stakeholders in the region)

Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with customer key contacts for company's top clients’ timely payments.
  • Manage how company's outsourced partners collect payments, manage escalations and ensuring they follow the rules and achieve the collection target
  • Understand clients' needs and company's products to find and fix problems that lead to late payments.
  • Quickly solve billing and payment issues by working with Finance, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Assist customers in adopting process changes and new offerings to improve billing and payment experience and provide customer feedback to process and product management teams.
