We're looking for an exceptional Finance Associate to join us who can support our portfolio of fast-growing client companies with a full range of finance and accounting practices.

To be successful in this role you will need to…

  • Have either internship or up to two years of work experience in a firm or in-house operational finance role.
  • Be collaborative and enjoy seeing your clients and team members succeed.
  • Have experience with Xero cloud accounting system (as a bonus).
  • Have a degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Be a self-driver who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise deliverables in a flexible work environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with a diverse range of people.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to present monthly management reports.
  • Know how to take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously.
