Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive loyalty program, and relevant marketing strategies to drive acquisition, spending and retention
  • Work collaboratively with business units to strategize effective marketing campaigns
  • Establish strategic partnerships to improve the value proposition of the loyalty program
  • Direct marketing initiatives to drive visitation
  • Oversee all marketing channels (digital and non-digital) to drive customer engagement and effective communication
  • Monitor competition and cross-industry programs, best practices, and assess applicability and competitiveness
  • Evaluate campaign performance reports and analyze data to deliver insights into the customer base, to drive key performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 15 years of marketing experience with supervisory skills preferably in lifestyle/service/loyalty marketing industry
  • In-depth understanding of campaign performance measurement methods, experience in using dashboarding tools for campaign performance analysis, reporting and insights management
  • Detailed understanding of marketing effectiveness and best-practice measurements and benchmarking
  • Ability to understand complex concepts and work across multiple business units
  • Excellent analytical skills and able to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
  • Able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in implementation and setting up of new CRM systems
  • A keen eye for detail and design
