Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

As a Designer at StoneX, you will contribute to a diverse range of marketing and branding projects across digital, print, social media, and out-of-home advertising. You’ll play a key role in ensuring brand consistency, developing creative solutions from concept to execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver high-quality designs on time, while staying updated on design trends to bring innovative ideas that enhance StoneX’s creative presence.

Primary duties will include:

• Creative Development: Develop designs from concept through to execution, ensuring that all creative work is aligned with StoneX’s brand visual identity and strategic objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and enhance the visual standards of StoneX across all projects, ensuring a consistent look and feel in every piece of communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create design solutions that meet project goals, adhere to timelines, and fit technical requirements.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects at once, effectively prioritizing tasks to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Innovation: Stay informed about the latest design trends and tools, bringing new ideas to the table to continuously improve StoneX’s creative output.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need

• Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print media.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and work effectively within a team.
