  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek an Account Payable Assistant to join the dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for posting invoices into SAP system
  • Preparing ACH, T/T and cheque payment
  • Check and process staffs claims in Concur.
  • Assist to verify inter-company confirmation during month-end
  • Upkeep of Fixed Asset invoices monthly and files accordingly
  • Performed monthly bank reconciliation

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy / Other Accounting certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting role
  • Attention to detail and self-driven, able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in SAP system will be an added advantage
