We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role is critical in shaping product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies for our GCS solutions portfolio. You will work to meet the needs of our target market, drive revenue and profit, and manage the penetration rate of GCS solutions in all business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product and Solutions Expertise:

- Gain deep knowledge of our solutions and products, including Color Management, Web-to-Print, Workflow Automation, and Direct Marketing.

- Understand software licensing, service agreements, and development cycles.

- Stay informed on competitors and develop unique selling propositions.

2. Communication and Sales Collaboration:

- Create engaging content, case studies, and social media posts.

- Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations.

- Equip the sales team with tools, collateral, and training to sell effectively.

- Maintain strong feedback loops with the sales team for continuous improvement.

3. Project Management and Relationship Building:

- Support marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors.

4. Adaptability and Strategic Thinking:

- Stay updated on new marketing techniques and tools.

- Adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

- Understand industry trends and customer insights to tailor solutions effectively.

5. Customer-Centric Approach:

- Focus on how our products solve customer problems.

- Incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies.

- Represent our company culture, values, and ethics in all interactions.

Experience & Skills:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or consulting, with at least 2 years in marketing.

- Strong background in product lifecycle management, preferably in a software/IT services environment.

- Ability to engage and present at C-Level effectively.

- Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Education:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent.
