Role Overview: The Associate Creative Director (Art) will be a key member of GREY’s creative team, responsible for leading and inspiring the art department. This role is ideal for an experienced creative professional with a strong background in art direction and a passion for producing high-impact visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Art Direction: Lead and oversee the art department in creating visually compelling and strategically aligned campaigns across various media, including digital, social, print, and experiential.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Creative Director and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts that meet client objectives and elevate the quality of work.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs, presenting art-driven solutions and ensuring creative work aligns with brand guidelines and expectations.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior art team members, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth and development.

Project Management: Manage art direction for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and creative standards. Coordinate with production teams and other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Innovation and Trends: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and visual design innovations. Incorporate new ideas and techniques into creative projects.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all art deliverables meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and effectively communicate brand messages to target audiences.

Skills and Experience:

Experience: Approximately 10 years of experience in art direction within an agency setting, with a proven track record of leading art departments and working on high-profile campaigns.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional art direction and visual design across a variety of media and campaigns.

Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams, with a focus on inspiring and developing talent while maintaining high standards of creative output.

Creative Vision: Ability to translate creative briefs into innovative and effective visual solutions. Strong understanding of visual design principles and brand aesthetics.

Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell creative concepts to clients and team members.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Familiarity with modern production techniques and trends.

Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
