Job Description & Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Specialist with extensive industry experience to manage the order and fulfillment of new equipment and services across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a background in the security industry, with experience in roles such as Sales Assistant, Account Manager, or Procurement Manager. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient delivery of security systems and equipment, working closely with both vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full supply chain process for security-related equipment and services across APAC.
• Oversee order and fulfillment in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Address supply chain issues, including delays, shortages, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with security, procurement, and operations teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Provide senior management with regular updates on order status, vendor performance, and risks.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure optimal value and service.
• Stay informed on industry trends and supply chain best practices within the security sector.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Background from a system integrator within the security industry, with an understanding of how different components interact.
• Previous experience in Sales Assistant, Account Management, or Procurement within the security or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain process, particularly with respect to order fulfilment and vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across a large geographical area (APAC experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to navigate and resolve supply chain challenges efficiently and proactively.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.
