As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Senior Business Development / Account Manager to join us to help us with our next phase as we continue to develop our operations across APAC and UAE regions.

Requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in sales/business development roles within the advertising/marketing industry, specifically in securing clients for advertising or marketing agencies.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising marketing industry, including key players, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Willing and capable of managing client relationships.
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch materials - project managing pitch teams, content development for proposals, case study development, to presenting the credentials.
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region as required.
  • Comfortable to lead customer engagements and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Results-driven and able to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking positive team player, adept at engaging and leveraging internal resources to achieve success & contributing to the wider team environment
  • Perform contractual negotiations with brands from the intro phase until signature.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; a self-starter who functions without a large infrastructure around them, with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communicator with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to senior management or clients.
