Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist!

Join our dynamic Land Freight business as a Customer Service Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. If you have a keen eye for operational efficiency and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Location: Nuneaton, UK

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30

What will you be doing?

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently ensure all team members provide proactive customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Managing KPIs: Complete and oversee internal and external KPIs to ensure high service standards.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: Respond efficiently to customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Driving Commercial Awareness: Ensure the team meets department targets for GP, revenue, and volume growth on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensuring Operational Knowledge: Maintain and apply good operational knowledge across all modes of transportation.

About You

  • Experience in Land freight industry desirable.
  • Proven ability to provide an efficient and proactive service to all customers and service providers.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
