Job Overview:

Hisense is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Managers to join our Home Appliances / AC division. In this role, you will oversee the development, market positioning, and lifecycle management of Hisense's home appliance / AC products, including refrigerators and washing machines in HA category or air-condintioners in AC category. You will drive product innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap for home appliances, aligning with Hisense's global strategy and market trends.

· Product Development: Lead product development efforts from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet consumer needs.

· Retail Management: Collaborate with retail partners to develop in-store strategies, promotional plans, and product placements to maximize visibility and sales.

· Distribution Development: Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to expand and optimize Hisense's distribution channels, ensuring product availability and effective market reach.

· Pricing & Positioning: Develop pricing strategies that optimize market penetration while maintaining profitability, and ensure effective product positioning in retail and online channels.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, guiding product innovation and development.

· Marketing Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop integrated marketing plans based on brand resources and product selling points.

· Planning & Management: Formulate sales and production plans based on market analysis, terminal shipment data, and channel sales forecasts.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver successful product launches and ensure product quality.

· Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from introduction through to maturity and end-of-life, ensuring ongoing profitability and relevance.

· Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and address any market or performance gaps.

· Financial Performance: Oversee the product’s P&L, budgeting, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

· Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.

· Skills: Strong market analysis, product development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Financial Acumen: Experience managing product P&L, budgeting, and pricing strategies.

· Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product strategy and influence key stakeholders.

· Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

· Language Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read) and English (spoken, written, and read) is required.
