  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Data Center Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead and ensure operational readiness across multiple data centers.

• Supervise daily inspections of servers, switches, and power systems.

• Maintain an optimal computer room environment.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center server equipment.

• Provide technical guidance in hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for

Windows/Linux systems.

• Assist and provide leadership in Unix-like system troubleshooting, offering timely feedback.

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network equipment and switch failures.

• Coordinate the prompt replacement of switches and address link failures.

• Act as an escalation point, responding promptly to daily problems and emergencies.

• Provide resolution and follow-up troubleshooting for escalated issues.

• Supervise the arrangement of physical links, including optical fibers and network cables.

• Regularly review, repair, replace, and report on servers and spare parts.

• Prepare, record, and provide feedback on assets for work orders.

• Ensure coordination with asset inventory for accuracy and safety.

• Collaborate with data center operators, manufacturers, and logistics.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in computing, information systems, computer engineering, electrical

engineering, or related field.

• More than five years of server or storage maintenance experience, with at least three years

in a data center or internet data center environment, and leadership experience.

• Familiarity with servers and storage principles from mainstream manufacturers.

• Strong hands-on ability to independently resolve server and system failures.

• Proficiency in Windows, Linux systems, and office software.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong teamwork spirit with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
