Kingscom Worldwide is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to grow our commercial portfolio and market share. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years experience in a sales/business development role, with an understanding of the digital platforms such as Social Media, SEM and Display, understand the agency model and be passionate about helping to grow a young business. Overall Responsibilities

  • Sale of creative and digital campaigns, influencer market and other commercial offerings for Kingscom Worldwide across APAC
  • Execute commercial strategies, reporting processes, and work towards meeting sales targets and revenue objectives.

Duties

  • Communicate, connect and meet with potential clients on a regular basis, representing Kingscom Worldwide.
  • Sell campaign solutions for Kingscom, negotiating entitlements and conditions, including packages, discounts, positioning, special projects/partnerships and various offerings.
  • Develop proposals/presentations inclusive of campaign ideas, follow up on pitch progress, contracts and invoices with clients.
  • Service client accounts for ongoing commercial campaigns, closely monitoring fulfilment of all agreements and obligations for clients.
  • Interact with all relevant departments in fulfilling above duties.
  • Update and track individual sales WIP and pipeline.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience researching prospective new clients and successful outreach skills (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing Campaigns and cold calling)
  • Experience delivering on forecasted results through winning new business
  • Demonstrates proven sales ability through new business development experience & results
  • Sales and Forecasting planning skills
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion and excitement for sales
  • APAC Market Experience
  • Agency / Media Market knowledge (Across B2B & B2C)
  • Pitching and Presentation skills - Can ‘captivate’ the room
  • 1-3 years of proven sales/business development experience
  • Undergraduate Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Excited by growing a business from the ground up and up for the challenge
  • Energy, Charisma and Motivated Attitude
