We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will primarily support in administration and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion in administrative duties and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Manage office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required
- Maintain and update company databases and records with accurate information
- Submit workflows/claims in internal system
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support marketing strategies
- Support in administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business / Admin / Marketing or related field
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
