As part of the Clinical Quality and Audit team of the Medical Policy team, will help to plan, develop and execute pro-active strategies and work closely with clinical and ground teams to ensure appropriate standards of care, including review of primary care system and services for improvement.
What You Will Be Working On
You will have the opportunity to work across internal and external stakeholders (eg. Other ACE departments, MOH, medical service providers etc) to ensure the implementation and adherence to robust clinical standards in migrant workers healthcare settings (e.g. telemedicine, mobile clinical teams, medical centres). You will be tasked to develop and implement standardised audit tools, conduct regular service-level audits and drive quality improvement initiatives. You will be involved in the review of primary care system and services, specifically in the areas of clinical quality improvement and governance.

What We Are Looking For
- A tertiary education, background in nursing, allied health or a healthcare professional discipline is preferred.
- Good administrative and writing skills.
- Familiarity with quality improvement principles and tools will be useful
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in clinical quality, audits, healthcare services development and planning will be an advantage.
