What You Will Be Working On

  • Generate Research Ideas and Proposals: Develop research ideas and proposals based on the center's strategic direction and industrial needs in the area of renewable energy. Secure funding from government agencies and industrial partners.
  • Lead Research Initiatives: Lead research work in areas such as PEM fuel cells, electrolyzers, and batteries, with a focus on material development like electrocatalysts and membrane-electrode assemblies, as well as sustainable energy system integration.
  • Technical Contributions: Provide technical expertise and drive key research activities in related areas such as PEM fuel cells, H2 generation, and batteries.
  • Project Management: Manage various research projects, including national and industrial R&D projects and internal company initiatives, ensuring their timely completion and the achievement of project goals.
  • Drive Innovation: Foster innovation in battery and fuel cell technology, contributing to scientific publications and patents. Promote collaboration with industrial partners and research institutions to advance sustainable energy technologies globally.


What We Are Looking For

  • Qualification in Materials Science, Electrochemistry, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in fuel cell and electrocatalyst research and development or in fuel cell/battery system design.
  • Proven experience in building and leading research teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering a collaborative research environment.
  • Strong hands-on skills in the relevant area, particularly in early prototype development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings and project updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • A strong publication record showcasing contributions to the field of sustainable energy.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and secure intellectual property, with a history of patent applications and licenses.
