The Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the management of multiple projects across the organization. This role involves managing staff across different project teams, monitoring performance against service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining dashboards for project tracking, and ensuring that clients receive timely, accurate reporting. The PMO will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the performance of staff across multiple projects, ensuring that all projects align with the organization's goals.
  • Act as the central point of contact for project teams, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards to track key performance metrics, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Monitor project SLAs and ensure adherence to agreed-upon service levels, proactively identifying and addressing any potential breaches.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to clients, highlighting project progress, potential risks, and key deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal project teams and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Monitor project issues, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, ensuring that they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement new tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a multi-project environment.
  • Experience managing staff across various projects and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Familiarity with SLA management and client reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
