DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment process for candidate selection through posting job advertisements, sharing of CVs with hiring managers, interview coordination with hiring managers and candidates
- Updating of recruitment database for effective record keeping and sharing of CVs with hiring managers
- Execution of hiring candidate with preparation of offer, liaising with relevant parties for onboarding preparation
- Manage and execute government grants' application, documentation and claim submission
- Assist in preparation of monthly reporting for Foreign Worker Levy
- Administer and manage employment pass applications, renewals and cancellation
- Maintain and update digital and physical HR file records digitally with high accuracy
- Research and assist in alignment of HR processes when required
- Consolidate and compile monthly training record of employees and assist in coordination of training
- Maintain and update HR onboarding materials, company organization chart and employee directory with high accuracy
- Research, plan and execute company event, social interest group for both online and physical sessions in compliance with safety measures
- Assist with monthly and quarterly HR posting on special events and mental wellness
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE
Min 1- 2 years of experience in HR administration is preferred
Salary: $15/hour
Working hours: 9am-1.30pm, Mon - Thurs
