As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and assisting with various People operations and HR initiatives globally at Parcel Perform, including Singapore, Europe and the United States. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • People Operations: Provide day-to-day support to employees in Singapore, Europe, and the United States, including onboarding, offboarding, work permits, background checks, benefits administration, etc. Ensure that HR processes and policies comply with relevant laws and regulations in different countries.
  • Performance Management: Support the continuous improvement and execution of our performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to our company’s values and guidelines.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment process including sourcing top talents and building candidate pipelines, scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Learning and Development: Facilitate, coordinate, and support our Learning and Development initiatives to enhance employees' growth and skills development, including Parcel Perform Academy, People Manager’s Forum, Parcel Perform Accelerator, and Learning Sponsorship. Continuously improve and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a strong culture at Parcel Perform. Lead and organize global employee engagement initiatives, such as pulse surveys, team events (e.g., anniversary and Christmas parties), retro sessions, festive celebrations, monthly town halls, internal newsletters, etc.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employees' day-to-day inquiries related to HR systems, benefits, policies, and guidelines, ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly. Identify any HR-related concerns and escalate them when necessary to ensure a positive work experience.
  • Office administration: Provide office administration support when needed and ensure the well-being of employees through a clean, organized and efficient workplace.
  • HR System Management: Manage our HR software system (Employment Hero), including implementation, updates, and troubleshooting. Work closely with our vendor to ensure HR systems are effective, user-friendly, and meet the company’s needs. Provide training to employees on HR systems and tools to ensure effective and optimal utilization.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as required. Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Support any HR audits and other compliance-related activities as necessary.
  • HR Projects: Work closely with the Head of People in executing global HR projects, including research, policy development, process improvement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs. Partner and collaborate closely with key stakeholders (including function heads and C-level executives) and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to ensure the successful execution of projects and tasks.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ideally, with at least 2-3 years of relevant HR working experience, preferably in a high-growth start-up, e-commerce, or tech company. Experience working in multinational or regional companies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Outstanding organizational skills; process-driven, methodical in your work, and able to demonstrate acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation, with strong command of Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Google Slides. Expertise in using formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced spreadsheet functions to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make good suggestions and areas of improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build strong relationships across different levels and teams.
  • A passion for working with people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to contribute to a diverse and multicultural team.
  • Familiarity with labor and employment legislation in Singapore, Europe, or the United States is an advantage.
