  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Regionally focused client with an excellent reputation as a leading figure in the Financial Services sector. In this role you will focus on various banking/financial products and across regulated digital platforms in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

You will also join an established legal team with support and guidance from peers and managers with similar backgrounds.

Focus of Work

  • Product Development / Launch: 50%
  • Commercial/Regulation: 50%

Job Description

  • In this role you will work closely with business teams for product development such as supporting marketing and sales solutions for banking related products.
  • This role will support cross-border transactions with regulatory advice.
  • You will support business teams with various commercial agreements such as finance and technology contracts.
  • You will work closely with the MAS and regional governing bodies to ensure updates and changes to regulations are pro-active / implemented across the group.

Requirements

  • 4 - 8 PQE
  • Singapore / Common Law Qualified
  • Lawyers will have training in FSR / Banking / Finance teams.
  • Technical knowledge can be across regulation and a variety of products such as digital products, retail banking solutions, cards, loans etc.
  • This is a perfect role for someone looking to move out of a law firm and into an in-house team, surrounded by colleagues who have made a similar leap in recent years
